If you are an Internet addict, you are familiar with Tux, the Linux Penguin logo. All over the Internet, Linux fans are sounding off about how it, and “free software” or freeware can save you money, effort, nerves, data, time and just perhaps your soul.

The Software Freedom Law Center is now inviting applications for a resident legal experience designed for practicing lawyers interested in learning more about open source software through direct on-site exposure to SFLC's open source software law practice. Positions are somewhat flexible in scope and duration: SFLC will work with applicants to design a program lasting approximately 2-4 weeks.
