Romania: Government promises to study benefits of open source next time

Release Candidate for KDE 4.3.0 is Out

KDE team released KDE 4.3.0 RC1. RC1 is an early candidate for what will become KDE 4.3.0 at the end of this month. Artwork has now also been merged, and KDE 4.3 will have a new Plasma look, sported by the new, light "Air" Plasma theme.
