Follow these steps to open files as root user via right click

Shutter, according to its website is a feature full screen shot program. As a tech blogger experimenting with GNU/Linux and its derivatives, it offers me a number of handy features. iwlist scan - shows wireless networks that are available in the area with basic encryption information
lshw -C network - Shows Details of Interface card and drivers of each networking device

lspci -nn - Shows PCI vendor and device codes as both numbers and names of hardware connected to the pci bus
lsusb - Shows USB connected hardware

Do this at your own risk. Modify the default Ubuntu sources.list only if you understand what you're doing.
