If you are not running a KDE system, the representative icons of the Oxygen theme that I am referring to, are shown in the image below. They are too sharp to the eyes.

You can import models using several popular formats. Once you have sketched your plan, you can make virtual visits into it. Of course this works much better with 3d acceleration. This, however, is not highly unusual for the Fedora project. Unlike Ubuntu, their release schedule is not cast in concrete.
