Of course they do
Of course they like Open Source, as long as it runs on their proprietary and overpriced system. That's what they call “mixed source”. What that means to them is, their software stays proprietary to a large extent and others are welcome to offer free labour to make their proprietary software more attractive. What's not to like about that?
