I have a real treat for you. I have the trial transcripts from the IPI v. Red Hat and Novell patent litigation. As you know, the jury just ruled that the three asserted patents were not valid. But back in 2008, when this litigation was in its early stages, I told you that I thought this case would give us a chance to follow a patent case from soup to nuts, and these transcripts from the trial are the fulfillment of my hopes.
