So they should
I can well understand South Africa's angst about a M$ that said that South Africans were too stupid to use anything but Microsoft, but this is ridiculous and counter-productive.
It is silly to ignore the reality that most SA computer-users will be using Windows and won't be able to read their site.
It is counter-productive to attempt to appeal to computer-users by forcing them to change systems. These are M$ tactics and they have no place in the Free Software universe.
