Something isn't right with this post.
I know that the law passed, but the linked article says the law is dead because it violates other laws/restrictions. The article is a four point list of why this law is dead!
"Yet, even before being put into application after its constitutional challenge that might prove to be difficult, HADOPI is dead and buried."
Also, I see no such statement in the article about people being forced to install a non-free software package.
The description doesn't seem to match the article to me. So what am I missing?
