Guess who owns the domain unXis.de? If you check betterwhois, you find that Eric le Blan owns the domain unXis.com, but if you go to Germany's equivalent, denic.de, a familiar SCO name appears.

SCO and unXis appear almost like the same thing based on new evidence

Groklaw's reporters who attended the SCO bankruptcy hearing on the 27th reported that SCO portrayed Hans Bayer as not an officer of the company and not authorized to speak for SCO about the unXis deal. As a result, some emails by Bayer about the proposed sale to unXis were stricken from the record. I'll show you in a minute why SCO was so eager to have the emails stricken.

Here's the IBM objection [PDF] to SCO's proposed sale of assets to unXis, as text. Novell's objection is here, PDF and text. And here's SCO's proposed sales agreement which they each reference. You've never read anything like this, not in the entire history of the SCO saga. The picture is getting darker.

IBM is adding two Cravath litigators to its bankruptcy team, Benjamin H. Diessel and Michael T. Reynolds, and SCO has filed an 8K with the SEC, describing the proposed sale and attaching the proposed agreement. I noticed something peculiar about transfer rights.

The most interesting detail is that Darl McBride admits, or should I say claims, that he paid Stephen Norris $100,000 out of Darl's personal funds for Mr. Norris' efforts to "put together a group of investors".

I think it would be worthwhile to do text versions of all the exhibits [PDF], the ones that are not sealed, which SCO attached to its new proposed sales plan just filed with the bankruptcy court. Details can matter. Let me give you an example.
