I can't find this news particularly useful as Adobe does not have any record of respecting users' freedom. While it may be nice that one proprietary software company (Adobe) leaves the subjugation of another (Apple iPlatform) in order to pursue a popular free software platform (Android), it's highly unlikely that this move will cause users to receive their essential freedoms from Adobe. It's highly likely that Adobe will continue their reign over user freedom after adapting their software to operate upon Android.
