Stuart Langridge recently wrote about a new scripting language he was developing for the desktop...His idea is that you design a very simple language to access D-BUS resources to allow people to connect those resources in a simple way "without knowing how to program". This request pops up quite a lot: To provide scripting to the masses so to speak. Building a "simple" language for specific tasks is not that special, it happens a lot, but Mr. Langridge's idea is based on a few wrong assumptions
