Ubuntu 9.10 Gets Unreleased Catalyst 9.10 Driver

Last year Canonical resorted to publishing an unreleased Catalyst driver within Ubuntu 8.10 so that there would be a ATI driver available to provide proper 3D support to its user. This happened again with Ubuntu 9.04. Well, now we have it a third time.
