Nokia N900 runs on the new Maemo 5 Linux open source software. The N900 lets users open multiple application windows and run simultaneously while taking advantage of its cellular features. The N900 offers a high-res WVGA touch screen, QWERTY keyboard and a Mozilla powered browser.

Nokia's press department can put up their feet and take the rest of the summer off, because Mobile-review.com has done a bang-up job of launching its new Internet tablet, the Nokia N900.

The N900 will be Nokia's first and last Maemo 5 smartphone, with the next version due to run the new MeeGo Linux mobile OS created as a joint venture between Nokia and Intel.
