license is gplv2
Is reportedly GPL, but the link they have on the website is broken.
The 18 MB tarball does not contain a license in the top level of the archive. However doc/license contains a copy of the GPLv2. A quick look at the source code shows that there are proper copyright and license notices. But the copyright holder is stated to be "Parallel Realities". Is that a corporation? Who knows.
