The developmental release of the beautifully "near-microscopic" Damn Small Linux 4.0 Alpha1 has been released on 17 July 2007. This is what Damn Small Linux's fans have been really longing for. Happy, no. Euphoric, yes! Damn Small Linux 4.0 Alpha1 is based on Linux Kernel 2.4.34. The new Drag-N-Drop capability with a real desktop framework are the things that excite me although I am not a fan of Damn Small Linux.

I wish I can have all my given-away old laptops and desktops.
