PlayOnLinux 3.8.3 has been released, it was a silent release and no changelog has been provided by the PlayOnLinux team.

When a changlog becomes available I will post it here. In the mean time here is all the news releases since 3.8.1 shipped last month.

Today, we just crossed a new important step for PlayOnLinux's internationalization: We opened up of the Hispanic part of the web site! we would like to welcome all of our Spanish-speaking users, now its possible for our Spanish speaking users to read the PlayOnLinux site in their native language. Also today version 2.0.9 of PlayOnLinux was released

The 3.0.3 version of PlayOnLinux has been released .

Here is what's new:

- Big improvement of integrated IRC client which now supports the OP, HALF-OP, VOICE and BAN commands with nice logos
- A copyright issue fixed: I had to hurry to release this version because I forgot to indicate "Icon Provided by Tango Desktop Project"

PlayOnLinux 3.8 is now out!

A lot of bugs have been fixed,

- Fixed Bug #22,
- Ukranian file should be called uk.po instead ua.po,
- PlayOnLinux can no longer run in its own environement,
- The program does not alert the user that 3D acceleration is not present when mesa-utils packet is not installed,
- Fixed a bug in libraries loading,

PlayOnLinux 3.7.3 is now available,

Whats new :

* PlayOnLinux automatically extract icons during the installation process to use them in the main menu.
* A bug corrected preventing user from changing a program icon
* Few translations were corrected
* Definitive correction (we hope) of $PROGRAMFILES variable problem. Script are being rewritten.

Due to some issues with the PlayOnLinux's IRC server, the integrated IRC client now connects you directly at irc.freenode.com, on the #playonlinux channel other new thing, independent from the POL's version: there is one channel per language. So you can now join one of the following channels, depending on the language you want to speak.
