Mandriva and Precedent offer low-cost TechSurfer desktop

Mandriva and Precedent (PTech) will release a new low-cost Atom-based desktop system, the TechSurfer, in the United States in September, starting at $399 with a three year manufacturer warranty, with Mandriva Linux pre-installed.
