Vim users stick with Vim in no small part because muscle memory is so powerful -- once you've learned Vim's keybindings, it's possible to be extremely productive in Vim without ever taking your hands off the keyboard. If you'd like to imbue Firefox with Vim power, embrace the Vimperator extension. Vimperator turns Firefox into a no-nonsense, modal Web browser.
Bring the mightiness of Vim to Firefox! If you’re ready for a fully keyboard-driven browser, the Vimperator add-on for Firefox can help you do away with mouse-based drudgery and add the awesomeness of vi-like keybindings to Firefox 3.5 and later.
a handy cheatsheet to keep on your desk or wall helping out with the vimperator plugin for Firefox. A week with this up and you won't be touching that mouse for quite some time.
NoScript creator Giorgio Maone has released version 2.0 of his open source extension for Mozilla's Firefox browser, adding several new changes and improving its overall reliability

It's almost exciting as Alien vs. Predator, only a little more sad. It's a tale of two Firefox addon developers, Giorgio Maone wielding Noscript and Wladimir Palant brandishing Adblock Plus, crossing swords in a battle of egos and subterfuge, while the poor world of Firefox users watched in consternation.
There was a big brew-ha-ha over the past few days with NoScript and some unscrupulous bit of code installed in it. However, even though Maone has born the brunt of this controversy, he is not the only guilty party in this.
Do you still use Firefox? I am still a Firefox fan, however the latest release in the Dev channel for Google Chrome has me really excited. One of the best extensions for Firefox was one called NoScript — a really easy way to make sure browsing stays secure.
