You know what I find weird about this article? It clearly states "Linux os" but the screenshot shows it running xp... for under $300? Don't think so! I've submitted it anyway, because I ASSUME the ACTUAL Asus EEE runs linux by default. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong...
Well, how about this speculation; the original shot just showed the unit with a blank screen. Somewhere along the line M$ paid someone to use Photoshop to depict how the unit would look running Windows XP.
Oh dear, silly me, I should have known an honourable multi-national monopoly, like Microsoft, would never stoop to deceitful tactics just to steal a publicity advantage over an OS competitor, like GNU/Linux.
