I love this.
Did any other company producing proprietary software let you talk directly to the developer? How do they handle your requests for features? How about giving a real example instead of just complaining? And something else if you really think that many users have the same problem as you then the solution would be to organize them in a group discuss their usability problems investigate possible solutions and then communicate what usability requirements you have back to the developers of whatever community that is. I am sure you will have a better chance this way. And something else no company is going to make a product for just one user.
