System76 are well known in the Open Source community for shipping Ubuntu on their machines, being active community members and for helping LoCo teams with machines too. I have never owned a System76 box so I thought this was a good opportunity to give it a ride and share some feedback.

In our LoCo team (Ubuntu Massachusetts LoCo) we’ve been configuring a lovely tftp/pxe boot installer system that allows refurbished computers to be installed ridiculously easily via PXE booting. I’ve just completed a redesign of how it looks...

To go along with the spirit of most big things in the United States, Ubuntu Chicago is filing Chapter 13. Ubuntu Chicago isn’t going anywhere, it is just going to restructure itself to become a much more efficient LoCo team.
