Rethinking?
They'd better make that a very long rethink. We don't want ANY form of EULA to be inflicted on GNU/Linux. What does Mozilla think this is, Microsoft or something?

Have you ever read the
Have you ever read the Firefox binary EULA? It says that users are no longer allowed to use Firefox if they fail to abide by the licence. Abiding to the terms of the EULA is trivial if you don't distribute the binary or any derivative to the binary.
If it really bothered you, you are still free to take the code and choose to have the GPL applied to yourself.
