Unless Xandros backs out of the
Unless Xandros backs out of the patent part of the deal, they're doomed when GPLv3 comes out. They are already a small-time player, and don't have the resources to fork. I don't know what they're thinking, unless they want a court battle, or to reverse the agreement as soon as GPLv3 comes out.
