Moves like these are exactly what's going to push Linux into the mainstream. In tight economic times, more corporation will turn to cost effective solutions. This bodes well all the way down the line including getting Linux on the Joe Sixpack desktop and ODF adopted as the default standard.
Microsoft will eventually lose the OS battle.
