I'm glad Mozilla Foundation is
I'm glad Mozilla Foundation is still supporting the organization to some degree (it's a subsidiary, and they have $3 million starting funding), but it's hard to see what the future will hold. The two primary developers have left Mozilla Foundation, but say they plan to keep working on Thunderbird. So, I don't know exactly how Thunderbird development will proceed, though I feel confident it's not going to stop completely.
