Sabayon 5.4 E17 is one of several “Experimental Spins” of Sabayon Linux released just this week. It is based on E17, version 0.17 of Enlightenment, a multi-platform stacking window manager and desktop environment. This is the first time in more than two years that I have reviewed a distribution using the Enlightenment desktop environment. It was still under heavy development then, and I thought it was about time I took another look at it.

Clearly this story has been artificially upvoted. Further proof of the unpopularity of Sabayon GNU+Linux.
That said, I wish more distros would use enlightenment.

Easy-to-hack voting system
I think what happened here just goes to show how easy these voting schemes are easy to hack. Some Sabayon fanboy is just not happy that his distro got a bad review.

I think that was an attempt to blacklist the site from Fsdaily. The article itself gave a negative impression of Sabayon 5.4 E17.

Greylist the perps
Should they pull this trick off again, blacklist the ones who were on the greylist.
Of course you can create as many accounts as you like but that's hardly worth the effort. Then again, who can understand the motives of these guys...
