Came across this site which set me thinking. How safe are really electronic signatures and are we ready?
I have been into financial services industry and haven't seen many companies adopting this technology-reasons being the technology is more expensive and difficult to implement than it seeems. And more over repudiation risk is high. More over I personally feel people are still nervous about e-signatures and will not use them easily.
