Maybe bit offtopic but do you know
Maybe bit offtopic but do you know a p2p network that could be used to route calls for the free software alternative of skype? That network would only be needed in the rare case where the user can only access the internet through a WWW proxy so the load would not be that high. However, nobody would want to pay for the bandwidth of some centralized phonecall relay service either. Any ideas?
